Local Plan Review Inspectors Report Received
The Central Lincolnshire authorities are preparing a new Local Plan to replace the Local Plan adopted in 2017. An Issues and Options Consultation was held in June and July 2019, a Draft Local Plan Consultation held during June, July and August 2021 and consultation on a Proposed Submission Local Plan took place between 16th March and 9th May 2022.
On 8th July 2022 the Local Plan Review was submitted to the Planning Inspectorate in order for it to commence its examination. The Local Plan examination was held between 15th November and 16th December 2022. Recommended Main Modifications were then published for consultation between 13th January and 24th February 2023. These were accompanied by Additional 'Minor' Modifications, Recommended Policies Map Modifications, a Further SA Addendum and HRA Addendum.
The Inspectors Report has now been received by the Central Lincolnshire Joint Strategic Planning Committee. The Inspectors Report and Schedule of Main Modifications Appendix are available to download below.
