At the Annual Parish Meeting held on 16 May 2023, Ben Wills of 360 Rural gave a public presentation on the current position regarding the proposed development of this site. It was stated that he would provide feedback to LEDA Properties on the concerns raised by residents in order to find solutions.

February 2023
As agreed at the public forum held on the 13th December 2022 (prior to the Parish Council meeting), presentation slides are now being made available so that residents may see at the earliest opportunity what the developer currently has in mind for the Nocton Hall and former RAF Hospital Site.
Nocton Parish Council wishes to make clear that at this stage it neither supports nor opposes these proposals. The Council's views will be made clear when the relevant planning application is submitted for formal consultation.
