CLERK’S REPORT MAY 2019
1. Thank you-card received from resident ref the letter to Tesco regarding the suspension of the bus service.
2. LALC SLA received and circulated to all.
3. NKDC email regarding a proposed car park (26/04/19) circulated to all.
4. LALC weekly newsletters will be circulated to all and not listed in the CR going forward.
5. LCC Countryside Services Public Paths cutting schedule has been received, 30/04/19. (circulated to all). Mr Philip Johnston-Davis has volunteered to check this, following his appointment to the PC, as a Countryside Access Volunteer.
6. Insurance is due for renewal 1st June. The current insurer has supplied 3 quotes for consideration. (circulated to all).
7. Nocton Primary School has requested permission to hold the school fete on Sunday 29 June.
8. Nocton Primary School new Executive Head Teacher, Ms Emma Negus-Hill, has contacted the PC regarding opportunities to work together (circulated to all)
9. BMCF solicitors has enquired about any further action required.
10. Previous Cllrs have been requested to delete all PC correspondence and Data sensitive material (electronic and hard copy) to comply with GDPR.
