CLERK’S REPORT FEBRUARY 2019
1. LALC training scheme application form received
2. The clerk will be attending a LALC Elections Training event on Wednesday 13 March, at North Kyme Village Hall. Costs for attendance to be shared by 3 PCs.
3. LCC, Invitation: Lincoln Transport Strategy Stakeholder Workshop.
4. LALC - Buckingham Palace Garden Party, 29 May
5. Litter bin, Topsy 2000, Dark Green, installed by Beeswax - the end of the Bridal Path. Existing bin re-located to replace damaged bin ref.DB/09.
6. Electricity change of supplier – as agreed at minute 307, 3 year deal.
7. CPRE Lincolnshire Best Kept Village Competition – applications are open for 2019. Closing date early May. Costs between £9 - £36 to participate.
8. Election updates received from NKDC (Circulated to all)
9. Lincoln Print and copy Centre – Nocton News. Following errors on invoices credit notes have been issued. Costs have increased to £73.48 per issue, with no consultation, for 2019. (was £66.80).
10. Licence fee for storage of VH equipment paid to/issues by LCC. £200. Re-charge NSC / NVHMC
