a) 1. CLERK’S REPORT TO 30 APRIL 2020
1. Tables for Hub ordered 12/03/2020 for delivery 07/04/20 as agreed.
2. Beeswax Dyson Woodland Walk, 29th April 2020 at 6pm, cancelled
3. LCC new website training Monday 30 March, cancelled.
4. NKDC – co-option for vacancy of Jane Kania open (23/03/20). Closed
5. NKDC Premises Licence for Hub approved 23/03/20. The installation of any gaming machines will need further application and an additional fee of a one off payment of £50 for up to 2 category C or D gaming machines.
6. LCC Website – name confirmed as ‘Nocton Parish Council’ (03/04/20).
7. CCllr Ron Oxby – update on gas works (03/04/20). Circulated to all.
8. LALC – govt new rules for remote meetings (03/04/20). Circulated to all. More on this to follow.
9. Co-op Community Champions – Nocton PC application has been accepted. Further details to follow (02/03/20).

Equals Debit Cards: £750.00 has been transferred from the PC bank account into the Equals account, for the purpose of loading the Equals cards up to £250.00 (Minute 451 d) The purpose of the cards is to purchase utility consumables, such as bin bags, paper towels, cleaning materials, stationary etc. Any additional non-utility consumable purchase is by prior agreement of the PC.
8. External Audit 2019-2020: PJK Littlejohn, update on arrangements received.
9. Lloyds confirm that payments of up to £250,000 can now be processed online.(03/04/20)
