a) 1. CLERK’S REPORT TO 01 MAY – 31 MAY 2020
1. Approach made to independent consultants regarding the formulation of a Charitable Trust Deed.
2. Central Government has made £3.2 billion of additional funding available to councils, with the latest tranche of £1.6 billion including a larger share for lower tier councils - RT HON ROBERT JENRICK MP. (30/04/20).
3. Citizens Advice MidLincs has requested that the PC considers making a donation.
1. COVID-19 Updates received from LALC, NACL, LCC, NKDC and other bodies are noted by the clerk, passed to Members where relevant and posted online where relevant. This is on an ongoing basis.
2. Vacancy – no applications to date.

4. Updated RoMI submitted to NKDC re Cllr E Murray (17/05/20)
5. The defibrillator has been re-located to its new location on the Hub wall.
6. Defibrillator supplier London Hearts.org has a £200 grant for PCs purchasing a defibrillator. The costs to the PC would be £995.00 plus cabinet.
7. The Village Keeper reported fly tipping in Wellhead Lane and this has been forwarded to NKDC.
8. A planter has been placed on PC property at the Green; this is creating difficulty for the VK grass-cutting and this is not allowed under the terms of the PC insurers. It was agreed that a letter has been sent to the owners of the planter to ask if they could remove it and it has now been removed.

1. Email(s) regarding grass-cutting at Wasps Nest received and reply sent to correspondent. As requested by the chair, the content of the message has been forwarded to Beeswax for comment. (05/05/2020).
2. Email regarding grass cutting in Bridlepath to Dunston. Circulated to all. (28/05/20).
